Matani LLC, doing business as G Motors (Gmotors, 10960 Dutton Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154), sells used OEM auto parts. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request a part, place an order, call or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle and parts you are interested in, and the content of your calls and messages. Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant and are recorded and transcribed to serve you better and for compliance purposes.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your questions, hold and sell parts to you, send you information you requested (for example, a link to a part with photos and price), and to let you know when a part you asked about arrives.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to customers who ask for them, for example during a phone call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, phone and messaging providers), and only as needed to provide our service, or when required by law.
